Own bathroom is located off the main bedroom with a shower and toilet.
The property is at the end of the street, so there is no traffic noise just the sound of birds and rustling leaves. With just a short walk to the beach, great opportunity to put a line out and see what may be biting, or maybe go for a kayak and catch a squid
The unit is on ground level with easy access and a carpark right out the front.
