This unit is upstairs only, downstairs unit is private property. With 2 bedrooms this unit does accommodate a maximum of 7-8 guests, with 2 guests on the fold out lounge. There is a great deck off the kitchen with a BBQ for entertaining. The kitchen is fully self -contained with a fridge and box freezer, gas stove/oven and all dish ware, own bathroom with shower, Great quiet location, with a 2 minute walk to the Cowan Cowan beach.
The property is at the end of the street, so there is no traffic noise just the sound of birds and rustling leaves. With just a short walk to the beach, great opportunity to put a line out and see what may be biting, or maybe go for a kayak and catch a squid
