Booking information and linen
- Linen is not included in the rental. Guests are required to bring their own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels for their stay. Pillows, doonas, blankets, bath mats, and tea towels are provided. Due to the island logistics, we no longer offer linen hire. For interstate or international visitors, please reach out to us directly at least 14 days prior to arrival to discuss your requirements.

Cowan Cowan is a secluded retreat with no commercial shops. We recommend bringing your main supplies from the mainland. Limited essentials can be found at Bulwer (to the north) or Tangalooma Resort (to the south).

"From the moment we arrived, we felt like we'd left the real world behind. The house itself is spacious, beautifully set out and has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would need. It has a great open plan living area and four comfortable, large bedrooms. The covered outdoor entertainment area was our favourite place to hang out. It had a pool table, dartboard, great BBQ area including a fridge, an outdoor lounge and massive TV where we had some great family movie nights. And we also loved the firepit with comfy chairs which was great for star spotting.
The beach is only a four minute walk away and was utterly stunning. The water is calm and clear and was perfect for paddleboarding and snorkelling, and so peaceful without a car in sight as this section of beach doesn’t allow cars.
And the sunsets. Words don't do them justice. We found ourselves sitting on the beach every night to enjoy the sunset.
Our family loved this stay and we will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommend!"
