Sleeps 9 people. This house is a combination of two fully self-contained areas - upstairs and downstairs, making it ideal for two families travelling together! It is in a great location at the beach in a quiet leafy street of Cowan Cowan at 7 Jessie Wadsworth Street.
Moreton Island Magic is just one street back from the beach. Cowan Cowan has a beach closed to vehicle access, making it a very safe and desirable beach for Moreton Island tourists and locals. The beach is perfect for paddle boarding, snorkelling and fishing. To access this property a 4WD is required.

- Downstairs – 1 large bedroom with a set of single bunks + a tri-bunk with double bottom and single top (sleeps 5 in total).

- Washing machine in downstairs bathroom
- Two kitchens with fridge/freezer, oven, stove top, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans
- Two cosy lounge areas with flat screen TV, upstairs includes an indoor fireplace for the cooler months
- Dining table and chairs on both levels
- Upstairs large sized deck with BBQ, a great fireplace and outdoor furniture
- Downstairs deck with BBQ and outdoor setting
- Fire pit downstairs - BYO marshmallows!

- Linen is not included in the rental. Guests are required to bring their own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels for their stay. Pillows, doonas, blankets, bath mats, and tea towels are provided. Due to the island logistics, we no longer offer linen hire. For interstate or international visitors, please reach out to us directly at least 14 days prior to arrival to discuss your requirements.
As Cowan Cowan beach is closed to all traffic, it makes this holiday house a very peaceful beach experience.
